Keep the written scope with the estimate. A bed refresh that includes spreading mulch is not the same job as supplying it, carrying it through a narrow gate and removing old material. Those differences belong in the agreement, not in an assumption made on the morning of the work.

Use the service descriptions to decide whether the work fits. For the actual site, tell us what needs changing and what must stay untouched.

Ask about a job

Access and weather affect the visit.

A preferred date is a request, not a guaranteed arrival. Scheduling is confirmed after the work and access have been reviewed. Austin conditions vary; wet ground, heat or unsuitable conditions for the proposed task can make a planned visit inappropriate. Seasonal yard cleanup is condition-led, not a promise tied to a calendar date.

Before agreeing a visit, explain the route into the yard and any restrictions on entry. Identify irrigation lines or other known services near the work, uneven steps and fragile surfaces. Keep pets away from the working area and arrange permission where access crosses someone else's property. Do not send gate codes in an initial general inquiry.

If the site is not accessible as described, or a condition makes the agreed work unsafe, the affected work can be paused while the next step is discussed. Neither a wider scope nor a new date is assumed. Contact Buzent if access changes or you need to rearrange; any consequences follow the accepted job terms and applicable law.

Bagging is not removal.

Agree where cuttings and collected leaves will go. Gathering ordinary garden debris into an on-site pile is different from bagging it, loading it or carrying it away. The written scope identifies the included handling. A cleanup description alone does not include off-site disposal.

For mulch or another bed material, confirm the intended product and quantity before supply. Access affects how it can be brought in and where it can be set down. If you supply material, tell Buzent what is available and where it is stored before the estimate is agreed; its suitability for the task still needs review.

Mulch belongs around planting, not banked against stems. A surface refresh is not drainage repair or a cure for a poorly established plant. Existing soil conditions and future weather continue to affect the bed after the work.

Unexpected material

Hazardous waste, unidentified containers and sharp concealed debris are not ordinary garden cuttings. Stop treating the area as a routine leaf cleanup when those appear. The affected work needs review; no hazardous-waste collection service is offered here.

Report the issue against the agreed work.

This site does not offer a separate blanket workmanship guarantee. Any job-specific written warranty must be agreed before work, with its scope and exclusions stated in that agreement. No general promise of plant survival, permanent weed control or protection from all weather is made here.

Your statutory rights remain intact. An issue can be raised whether or not a separate warranty was agreed. Contact [email protected] with the job reference, if available, and describe the part of the accepted scope you believe has not been met. If you have no reference, give the name used for the inquiry and enough job detail to locate it.

What to send
Explain the affected area and when you noticed the issue. Include the relevant written scope and, where useful and safe to obtain, photographs that show the condition. Avoid including other people's personal information.
What happens next
Buzent reviews the reported issue against the agreed work and asks for clarification or discusses an inspection where needed. A remedy is determined from the facts, the job agreement and applicable law, not promised automatically by this page.
If the area is unsafe
Keep clear of the affected area and take reasonable steps to prevent further harm without attempting hazardous repairs. This inbox and the support chat are not emergency response services.
When to report
Raise the concern promptly so the condition can be understood before further work or weather changes it. This request does not shorten a statutory reporting period or exclude a right that the law gives you.

This site is designed for keyboard use and readable, wrapping layouts. A skip link leads to the main content, form fields have visible labels, and navigation links remain available without a pointer. Motion is intended to respect your device's reduced-motion preference.

No independent accessibility certification or universal compatibility claim is made. Browser settings and assistive technology can affect how a control behaves. Chat and storage preference controls need scripting; email and telephone provide another route if those controls are unavailable. You do not need to finish an online form before requesting assistance.

If text is difficult to read, a button cannot be reached or an error prevents submission, tell us which page and control caused the problem. Your browser or assistive technology details can help, but you do not need to disclose a disability or provide medical information. Say how you would prefer to receive the information or discuss the yard work.
